3. Growponics Ltd owns 50% of Growponics Sera (Turkey)
4. Growponics Ltd is the owner of H2O Farms Inc. It is registered in Delaware USA.
5. H2O Farm Connecticut is a full subsidiary of H2O Farms.
6. Growponics Ltd owns 30% of Al-Palgei-Maim (“APM”). “APM” operates 1.5 Acres of Automated Hydroponic Greenhouses (“AHGH”) in the South of Israel.
